4 Days

A four-day authentic experience in the Peruvian Amazon.

Amazon Rainforest Peru – Puerto Maldonado is the southern gateway to the Amazon and offers access to the Tambopata National Reserve. Visitors can enjoy oxbow lakes, macaw sightings, and the endangered giant otter. The region borders Bolivia to the east and Cusco to the west.

The four-day schedule in the Peruvian Amazon includes guided hikes near the Tambopata Natural Reserve for wildlife observation and learning about the local ecosystem from expert guides.

Boat trips offer chances to see various species along the riverbanks. A skilled boat driver navigates us upstream to a prime spot for watching parrots, parakeets, and macaws. Every morning, these birds congregate for a vibrant display of colors and sounds while they search for salty clay on the cliffs of the Tambopata River.
