Day 1 :

Upon arrival at Puerto Maldonado airport, you will be warmly greeted and taken to the lodge located on the Tambopata River, which is about 60 km away.

  • No refunds for cancellations made within 30 days. If you cancel within 30 days of starting our services, you will be charged 100%. These cancellations are non-refundable and cannot be transferred.
  • Medical Cancellations: Up to 50% Reimbursement. If you need to cancel for medical reasons, you might get up to 50% of your money back. Just have your doctor sign a form and send it to us with the receipt.
  • Flexible Refund Policy for Travel Services. The refund policy for travel services cancelled 31 to 60 days before the program’s start date allows for a partial refund of 50% of the original payment amount. This refund takes into consideration any payment fees, such as PayPal fees (6%) or international bank transfer fees ($70.00). Alternatively, customers may also choose to apply credits towards future bookings.
