Day 1 – Start of the 3-Day Lake Sandoval Tour

Meet your guide in Puerto Maldonado and board a motorized canoe (~45 min) along the Madre de Dios River to the Lake Sandoval trail. A 3 km hike crosses primary and secondary forest to the paddle-canoe station. Expect herons, kingfishers, anhingas and river turtles. Day 2 – Sunrise Canoe, Otters & Birding, Brazil-Nut Trail & Giant Trees
